But, if the idea of taking up a sport or getting involved in structured exercise doesn’t appeal then why not fit physical activity into your daily routine?  Cycling is a great way of getting around, particularly now that the longer days and warmer weather are on their way.

Have your chance to be 'In It to Win It'

Hosted by Dale Winton, and in its eleventh series, 'In It To Win It' is a nail-biting quiz show where fate and the skill of your competitors decide if you get a chance to play and where being in the right place at the right time is the crucial factor.

Five contestants compete to win a big money jackpot. The tension keeps rising right up to the final moment. One player could take it all, end up sharing, or lose everything on the very last question. The players must first get into Winners' Row - and once they are there, each correct answer adds £5,000 to the prize fund. One wrong answer, however, and they not only risk their cut of the jackpot, they let another player in to share it. Each answer affects the outcome of the game and the show is constantly changing.

The show will be holding nationwide auditions, in a city near you, over the next few weeks and they're looking for intelligent, competitive and charismatic personalities who would like to take part.
