Win a copy of the debut album by Jessica Clemmons

New US Pop/Soul singer, Jessica Clemmons reaches UK shores this spring with widely acclaimed hot-shot debut single and album that’s already been creating a huge buzz over the last year and beyond.

Brought to you by a host of Grammy-Award winning producers and mixed by top engineers behind the likes of US heavyweights Beyonce, Janet Jackson, R Kelly and Justin Timberlake, talented singer/songwriter Jessica, known in her Houston hometown as the “Girl with the Big Voice”, wrote and recorded her phenomenal debut album in London, Chicago and Aarhus, Denmark.

It was London where the beautiful collection of soulful and uplifting songs really came together and therefore, the first point of release for the stunning collection.

Jessica started her career singing in local clubs, theatres and churches. She gained valuable experience by regularly singing the national anthem for the Houston Aeros Hockey Team and the Houston Dynamo Soccer Team (in front of an audience of 27,000!).

The album, Permanent, is a blend of brilliant programming, overlaid by the best of Chicago’s session players, including members of the Chicago Philharmonic. Jessica describes her influences as Mariah Carey and Aretha Franklin, but says her distinctive sound is like “no one else”. Critics have already, however, hailed her as the new “Gabrielle, with a pinch of Jewel, Dido and Michelle Branch”.
