Do we really need all our MPs?

Now that more and more of our laws are made in Europe, is it not time to consider that we have too many MPs - after all we see daily that Parliament is attended by only a few of our elected representatives.

With devolution also to be considered, surely 50 from England and three each from N Ireland, Wales and Scotland should be sufficient .

The other alternative is that we leave the EU, govern ourselves once again and spend the monies wasted in Europe and repair our own infrastructure. This would mean Laws not passed by our Government would be repealed and justice again be seen to be done by our elected body.

All to often we hear that we belong to the largest trading block, however before we abandoned the Commonwealth we belonged to a much larger group.
