Possibly the most outspoken exponent of Grandparents rights to see their grandchildren is presenter Jame Whale who gave a heartrending account of what he saw his own son go through and the 11 years he has been alienated from his grandchildren!
You can hear this in the last hour of his show on Friday which even includes a rant from me towards the end.
James covers this period in his life in a chapter of his autobiography which was a time he was diagnosed with cancer too.
